Filling up my tank with spaciousness in my local park
Dear Friends,
As we move into November, I’m increasingly curious about the process of sharing with you what I have to offer. Sure, the simple formula is to put the embodied lessons I’ve learned into words and create direct experiences, then invite you in the door.
But quite apart from the content that I deliver to you, what about how I deliver it?
What about the unavoidable fact that our attention, time and energy is naturally limited and artificially pressured by living in this era of the “attention economy”?
So much of what I teach boils down to learning how to slow down, to create more time and, yes - SPACE! - to listen to ourselves more deeply. As an idea, this is incredibly simple. But to put it into practice requires . . . practice!
