I agree that the better question is “Do I like this music?” as opposed to “Does it always work?”
However, having participated in several Musicality of Being workshops, I can say that it does almost always “work” in the sense that it becomes more automatic the more you practice it. The way I experience life these days feels significantly more harmonious!
Yes, this practice is more likely to "work" the more you use it - and it teaches you how calibrating a sense of presence is different in each environment or situation. Once you know how to do that, it's easier to "like more styles of music", so to speak!
