"Success" = enjoying being myself
I get interviewed for SenseAbility magazine about the Feldenkrais Method
What does it mean to you to be “successful”?
I was recently interviewed on this topic for SenseAbility magazine, a monthly publication about the Feldenkrais Method - which I like to describe as a “wisdom practice disguised as a movement practice.”
(I used to be the editor!)
I was drawn to Feldenkrais because I understood early on that this somatic approach to human development was designed to help me become more comfortable as the uniquely weird guy I am rather than following someone else’s protocols.
The core elements of the transformational learning process I have developed through my own experience and working with hundreds of clients over the last decade started with what I learned in my Feldenkrais practitioner training.
On the weekly calls for the Grounded Connection community we learn together by exploring every angle we can think of through the postures of kindness, connection, curiosity and play.

This conversation is a great starting point for the idea that transformational learning is all about discovering more and more enjoyment in the experience of being yourself.
Want to find out what it’s like to be part of a co-learning community that leverages the power of relationship to cultivate more ease, presence, connection and flow in daily life?
Send me a message if you’d like to join the Grounded Connection Open House on Friday June 27, 12-2pm EST. We’ll be practicing shared presence through guided embodiment practice, partner dialogues, group process and laser coaching.
