Collective Well-Being is an online space for embodiment and community connection.
If you think about it, it's not hard to see that if you find a person difficult, it will be easier for you to dig deeper in order to remain in connection with them if you love them.
Furthermore, in any kind of situation, if you are vibrantly aware that you are loved, it's easier for you to do difficult things.
Our difficulties, on the other hand, are most prominent in the moments where we can't find our capacity to love - which is another way of saying that we don't feel lovable.
If you read all these words and think, "yeah, yeah, I know that already...", well, sure, I've been there too.
If these words alone don't change your life, no one would be surprised!

In tomorrow night's Collective Well-Being drop-in class, we'll be cultivating that superpower by channeling kindness through our bodies.
We'll clarify what it means to give unconditional love to our bodies - that is, to love our bodies despite the way they sometimes complain!
We'll experience in our bodies what it feels like to be on the receiving end of that kind of love, the kind that does not demand that we be anyone else than who we are to "deserve" being loved.
And we'll be together, to mirror that process in each other.
