This is a great reminder, Seth! Thanks you! I, and perhaps many of your readers are engaged in a dance practice such as 5-rythms, soul motion, or ecstatic dance. In these practices, as we move through space, we become aware of the space around us --360 degrees...particularly what's at our backs. I have always lived in towns (since the '70's) where we have several opportunities per week to practice in community with others. Your post made me realize how fortunate I am.
Yes, I'd guess that many readers do these kinds of pratices. I've been going to 5 Rhythms classes in the DC area for 8 years now - and met my sweetheart that way! ❤️

I imagine you've also noticed how our relationship to space shows up in how we relate to other people in our lives in your Get Real work - how the space "feels different" when I'm with this person vs. that person.
Re the space feeling different with different people and contexts.....yes, for sure. In workshops I often have people mill around the room noticing this.
